Amy's Class Notes

"Teaching children about the natural world should be seen as one of the most important events of their lives." (Thomas Berry)

They say that time flies when you're having fun and I wholeheartedly agree! Our class had a wonderful time visiting ARF of the Hamptons. We were able to interact with animals and learned so much about the new state-of-the-art training center at ARF. Animals that find their way to AF are lucky indeed. If you are looking for a furever friend, Animal Rescue Foundation of the Hamptons is the place to go!

Amy's Class is excitedly preparing for our Upper Garden Puppet Show. Each child will play both a flora and a fauna character of their choosing. The show is sure to be memorable with individually hand-crafted puppets and a script written by the children! Mark your calendars.

We will be traveling to Quogue Wildlife Refuge with MaryBeth and Elijah's class on June 5th. If your schedule allows, join us. We would love to share the day with grownups too!
